Welcome to our secure online contribution page. The most important support you can give our campaign is voting for Craig Blair on Election Day, Tuesday, November 2nd.

However, campaigns require money and your financial support will help us reach key undecided voters. I am certain that our opponent will be very well funded ($100,000 plus) because of his commitment to special interest groups like labor unions and their affiliations. I know the average West Virginian works hard for their paycheck, and our economy isn't as strong as we would like. Voters would love to vote themselves a pay raise, but unfortunately they don't have that option. That's why I voted in 2008 against the pay increase for legislators. I feel the needs and concerns of my constituents, and I know that there are more important issues facing the Eastern Panhandle and our state than the pay of legislators.

We need more good paying jobs at home, not more pay for politicians.

Businesses create jobs, not politicians. West Virginia's Legislature needs to do more to attract businesses and create good paying jobs for you! The hard-working, taxpaying families of West Virginia need that pay raise much more than legislators. That's why your donation means so much! Thank you for your vote and continued support.

One more point: When I first ran for the House of Delegates, I accepted no campaign donations. In fact, I self-funded the primary and general elections to the tune of $10,000. My reason for doing this was because I was new to politics and I didn’t want to be beholden to any special interest group. I have since realized that campaign donations are investments into my leadership abilities and commitments to various issues. My vote is not, and has never been, for sale. With that said, I accept donations from any source whether I support or oppose their issues. I have and will continue to use excess campaign donations to fund better government via the Craig Blair Report which appears in the Saturday Edition of The Journal.
