Craig Blair Biography
After graduation, Craig continued working at the family orchard, which produced and packaged apples and peaches for domestic and export distribution. In 1986, Craig took the position of plant engineer for Cassco Ice and Cold Storage (Reddy Ice), an ice-supply and packaging company, before starting his own part-time business, Sunset Trade Services, providing plumbing, electrical, ammonia refrigeration and water-treatment services to the Eastern Panhandle area.
